What have I been up to? Update

Our family is growing again! We are expecting our second little sprout in December and are thrilled to announce that it is a girl! So, I have been busy growing more than just a garden, and as some of you may know, it is hard work! The week I launched this blog was the week I found out I was pregnant. Shortly after, the “morning sickness” hit, which for me was allll day long of feeling horrible (it was NOTHING like this with my son), for the first 14 weeks. I had my big virtual spring plant sale during this time, and launched the Facebook group Gardening in Northern Colorado as well. Then after I started feeling a little better, I rekindled my love affair with my neglected houseplants (which has numbered over 100 for well over a year) and propagating, and of course have been caring for my garden and a little human (well, two) as well. I launched a new facebook group during that time, Tropical & Rare Plants - Northern Colorado, so am admining three plant groups, which is a lot of work. Things have been busy! I have been documenting a lot of the garden’s progress and gardening with little sprout over on my instagram - @theinspiredsprout. We also took a trip to Aspen and Glenwood for a family celebration of life. Now that I’m feeling better, I’d like to catch up a bit on blogging as well. So that’s my little update! I hope you all have been enjoying your time in the garden and the rewarding season of abundance that comes with harvest time.

Lots of love,

Nicole
